Emani Figaro is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Mogul Mani Consulting, LLC, a God-centered strategy and ecosystem development firm that partners with founders, nonprofits, institutions, and culture-shaping organizations to transform vision into lasting impact.
Throughout her career, she has led and supported initiatives with organizations including Deloitte, Georgia Tech, Nike, Adidas, Essence, UNCF, Fulton County Arts & Culture, Peace Preparatory Academy, The Whitaker Group, Leaders1354, and numerous mission-driven nonprofits, educational institutions, and creative communities. Her work has ranged from strategic planning and product management to creative placemaking, workforce development, entrepreneurship education, and community ecosystem design.
As a former consultant at Deloitte, Emani managed complex, cross-functional initiatives that advanced entrepreneurship, education, and economic mobility. That experience strengthened her ability to navigate executive stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and lead strategy across sectors while maintaining a people-first approach.
Today, through Mogul Mani Consulting, she helps organizations move beyond ideas to build healthy systems, meaningful partnerships, and sustainable communities. Her work includes designing entrepreneurship curriculum, activating creative spaces, leading community engagement strategies, developing workforce initiatives, facilitating leadership experiences, and cultivating partnerships that generate measurable social and economic impact.
